• US orders will deliver within 3-4 business days after order is shipped.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes for which we are not responsible for, as these fees vary depending on the country.

Returns:

We trust that you’ll love our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund of the price of the product, minus the shipping charges. To qualify for a refund, products must not be emptied, refilled or overly used.  In order to get the process going, you will need to send in a request to returns@tamnova.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line when submitting a request for a return.
